AVAILABILITY & WAITLIST
Current Openings For Online and In-Person Therapy in Texas
We created this page so you’re never left guessing about therapist availability or what happens next. Below you’ll find our most up-to-date openings at Real Talk Clinical Psychology, refreshed weekly. You’ll see options for both online therapy across Texas and in-person therapy in Houston.
-
“Open” means a therapist is currently accepting new clients.
-
“Waitlist” means their schedule is full. You can still complete the form below, and we’ll contact you as soon as a spot opens. We'll offer you a one-time intake session with a licensed clinician, usually within a week and covered by insurance like any regular session, to assess urgency, help with next steps, and check if a referral would be helpful.
Whether you’re looking for therapy for adults, teens, children, couples, or families, we’ll help you get started—no ghosting. Our Clinical Director can personally walk you through your options and help you land with the right clinician. And if your first match doesn’t feel right, we’ll support the transition to someone else, because finding the right match is part of the clinical work.

Start Therapy This Week: Clinical-First Intake
When life feels overwhelming, waiting isn’t an option. We want to make sure you can begin therapy right away. Our Clinical-First Intake connects you with one of our licensed psychologists within the same week. This first session is a full diagnostic evaluation, billed to your insurance like any other therapy appointment. You’ll have space to share your story, ask questions, and leave with a clear plan: whether that means continuing care here or receiving a thoughtful referral. Starting therapy should bring relief, not uncertainty.
