Dr. Rose is one of the longest-standing clinicians at Real Talk. Kind and meticulous, she listens fully and brings a depth of clinical judgment that comes from extensive experience.

Her work centers on adults and young adults navigating life transitions, academic or work pressures, grief, or the slow accumulation of stress that affects functioning. She has spent much of her career in university counseling centers and K-12 settings, which gives her a deep understanding of the challenges students, teachers, and parents face. She is especially attentive to people dealing with learning differences or disability related concerns and knows how isolating those experiences can be.

She provides therapy in English, both in person in Houston and online.
