About
Dr. Nayda Lamberty is a licensed psychologist who provides psychotherapy in English and Spanish. Her clinical work focuses on young adults and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and relational difficulties. Born and raised in Puerto Rico, she brings particular attention to how psychological distress can be shaped by migration, cultural adjustment, and family dynamics.
She also works with individuals experiencing concerns related to identity, belonging, and major life transitions, including strain that can emerge across generations or within intimate relationships. Her training in trauma-focused care, EMDR, and family systems work informs her approach when individual symptoms are closely intertwined with relational or cultural contexts. In addition to individual therapy, Dr. Lamberty has specialized training in couples work and relationship distress. She works with couples navigating conflict, communication breakdowns, and the impact of trauma or life transitions on intimate relationships.
Dr. Lamberty provides bilingual therapy for adults and couples across Texas via secure telehealth.
