Yes. We’re in-network (https://www.realtalkpsychology.com/rates-and-insurance)with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare/Optum, and Oscar. In many cases, we are also able to work with GEHA and UMR plans. We verify your benefits before your first session and submit all claims on your behalf. Self-pay options are also available, and we help you with your out-of-network benefits.

Your costs will depend on your insurance benefits.(https://www.realtalkpsychology.com/rates-and-insurance) After you meet your deductible (if you have one), most sessions require only a standard copay. As a courtesy, we verify your insurance benefits before your first session. However, it is ultimately your responsibility to understand your benefits and manage any payments.

Yes. If we don't accept your insurance or prefer to pay privately, we provide receipts (superbills) you can use for possible reimbursement for out-of-network benefits.

You'll have the option to schedule your first session within a week. Once we confirm a date, we will send you the intake paperwork and, right after you complete it, we will verify your insurance benefits.
