I’m Adriane, a psychologist and psychoanalyst with two decades of experience working with people who are going through tough, often life-altering moments—loss, upheaval, depression, or just feeling stuck in ways that don’t have easy answers. I value genuine conversation and the complexities each person brings into the room. I’ve lived and worked across Brazil, Ecuador, Portugal, and the U.S., and I know firsthand how important it is to be understood, not just personally, but culturally. I offer sessions in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, and create a space for people from all backgrounds. My style is warm but straightforward.
