COMMUNITY RESOURCES

Community Resources:

Mental Health Access Shouldn't Be a Luxury

Mental health care should be accessible, affordable, and human. Yet the system can feel like a maze built to keep people out. This page is our way of pushing back. Here, you’ll find crisis lines, psychiatric support, and trusted community services that cover housing, legal aid, identity-affirming resources, and more.

Therapy alone doesn’t fix what’s broken in the system. These organizations fight not only for mental health but also for equity, dignity, and justice. You shouldn’t have to figure this out alone.

Heads up: We strive to keep this list up to date, but things can change rapidly. Always double-check the details, such as whether they accept insurance, offer a sliding scale, or who they currently serve, before you reach out.
