Real Talk is a clinician-owned psychology clinic and training site located in Houston, Texas. We focus on depth-oriented, culturally informed individual therapy.

Why Work at Real Talk?
We offer both 1099 and W-2 tracks, allowing clinicians to choose the structure that best fits their professional goals and life stage;
Compensation is highly competitive. The 1099 track includes performance-based incentives, and W2 positions offer full benefits;
Our administrative team manages all front- and back-office operations, including scheduling and billing. Clinicians are not expected to handle any administrative tasks;
We provide a spacious, quiet, and beautifully designed office in a prime Houston location (Galleria), intended to support clinical work.
Who Are We Looking For?
Licensed psychologists in Texas (those seeking full licensure in Texas should refer to our Postdoctoral Fellowship program);
Ability to work in person at least 50% of the time, typically around 12 hours per week;
Alignment with a depth-oriented, humanistic, and culturally-informed approach to clinical practice.
