Careers at Real Talk Clinical Psychology - Houston, TX

Fully or provisionally licensed clinical psychologists.

We are a clinician-owned, insurance-based therapy group practice located in Houston, Texas. Our focus is on providing in-depth care to our clients and autonomy and full support to our clinicians. Our culture prioritizes a human-first approach in everything we do.

Why Real Talk

  • True choice: 1099 autonomy or W-2 stability.

Track 1 — 1099 Contractor

  • Split: 70% clinician / 30% practice. 

  • Incentives: CE/licensure reimbursement, malpractice reimbursement, leisure stipend for full-time clinicians

  • Flexibility: Unlimited unpaid time off

​Track 2 — W-2 Employee (25h/week)

  • Very competitive pay

  • 6 hours in person (3 at peak demand: mornings, evenings, or Sat AM) + online (flexible schedule)

  • Full benefits (See below)

 

Track 3 — W-2 Employee (30h/week)

  • Very competitive pay

  • 8 hours in person (4 at peak demand: mornings, evenings, or Sat AM) + online (flexible schedule)

Benefits for W-2 Tracks (eligibility begins after 90 days of employment)

Who We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in Texas

  • Ability to work in person once a week
