Real Talk is a doctoral-level psychology clinic and postdoctoral training site in Houston, Texas, focused on depth-oriented treatment for complex clinical presentations. We welcome clinicians who share that interest, as well as those whose perspectives would broaden our team, whether through experience with diverse communities or the ability to provide care in more than one language. Why Work at Real Talk?
We offer both 1099 and W-2 tracks, allowing clinicians to choose the structure that best fits their goals;
Compensation is competitive. The 1099 track includes performance-based incentives, and W-2 positions offer full benefits;
Our administrative team manages all front- and back-office operations. Clinicians are not expected to handle any administrative tasks;
We provide a spacious, quiet office in the Galleria area.
Who Are We Looking For?
Licensed psychologists in Texas (those seeking full licensure should refer to our Postdoctoral Fellowship program);
Ability to work in person at least 50% of the time (around 12 hours per week);
Alignment with depth-oriented and culturally informed approaches to clinical practice.
