Real Talk is a clinician-owned, insurance-based psychology clinic located in Houston, Texas. Our work is grounded in ongoing study and training. We prioritize in-depth treatment for our patients and real autonomy, stability, and support for our clinicians.

• We offer both 1099 and W-2 tracks, allowing clinicians to choose the structure that best fits their lives and professional goals.

• Our pay is highly competitive, with incentives available for the 1099 track and full benefits for W-2 employees.

• Our administrative team manages the full front and back office, including scheduling, billing, and insurance coordination. Clinicians are not expected to handle any administrative tasks.

• We offer a spacious, quiet, beautiful Houston office in a prime location, designed to support focused clinical work.

Whom We’re Looking For

• Licensed Psychologists (PhD or PsyD) in Texas (for provisionally licensed psychologists, please check our Postdoctoral Fellowship program)

• Ability to work in person at least 50% of the time (usually 12 hours/week)

• Alignment with a depth-oriented, thoughtful approach to clinical work
