Online Therapy Across States via Psypact

Real therapy, online in states like Illinois, Virginia, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, and more. We provide online therapy through PSYPACT—a national system that allows licensed psychologists to see clients in participating states.

Our multilingual, multicultural psychologists offer therapy in English, Spanish, Portuguese, and Farsi, providing depth-oriented care for children, teens, adults, and couples. We're in-network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, and Oscar.

You'll be matched with the right therapist by our clinical director and offered a first session within a week.

How We Work

  • Online in any PSYPACT-participating state.
  • Your sessions are fully HIPAA-compliant and take place on a secure telehealth platform.

  • We'll check your insurance benefits for you before your first sessions to avoid any surprises.

  • Even if we aren’t in your insurance network, you can often use your PPO out-of-network benefits, and we'll handle insurance claims for you. No superbills, no waiting for reimbursement.

This initiative improves access to mental health care across the United States. As a result, Real Talk can provide online psychologists in Illinois, telehealth therapy in Virginia, licensed psychologists offering telehealth services in Arizona, therapists in Nevada, and therapy in Washington, even though we are based in Texas.

PSYPACT is an interstate compact that allows licensed psychologists to provide telepsychology services across state lines. This improves access to specialized mental health care, especially for people in states with limited availability of doctoral-level psychologists or multilingual providers.

Real Talk can provide:

  • Online psychologists in Illinois

  • Telehealth therapy in Virginia

  • Licensed psychologists offering telehealth in Arizona

  • Online therapy in Nevada

  • Telepsychology in Washington

  • And many other participating states

Real Talk is authorized to provide online therapy in all PSYPACT member states, including:

Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Florida, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
