You'll be matched with the right therapist by our clinical director and offered a first session within a week.

As a result, Real Talk can provide online psychologists in Illinois, telehealth therapy in Virginia, licensed psychologists offering telehealth services in Arizona, therapists in Nevada, and therapy in Washington, even though we are based in Texas.
PSYPACT is an interstate compact that allows licensed psychologists to provide telepsychology services across state lines. This improves access to specialized mental health care, especially for people in states with limited availability of doctoral-level psychologists or multilingual providers.
