Dr. Tasneem’s approach to clinical work is characterized by patience and careful attention to each patient’s subjective experience. She works with adults and young adults facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and challenges related to migration, identity, and belonging. 

Her work is especially attuned to the experiences of people of color, first-generation individuals, and those navigating questions of identity or cultural displacement. Also, she remains actively engaged in efforts to reduce stigma around mental health.

Dr. Tas has been part of Real Talk since the earliest stage of her professional development, and remains closely involved in its clinical and training culture. She currently serves as the Clinical Training Lead Psychologist, overseeing and shaping our training program and supporting the development of early-career clinicians. This role reflects her strong clinical judgment and sustained investment in ethically grounded care.
