I’m Lorena, a counselor based in Houston, offering both in-person sessions and online therapy across Texas. I help individuals and families find their footing through anxiety, major life changes, parenting challenges, and complicated family dynamics. My approach is empathetic but straightforward. Originally from Argentina, I’ve taught emergency psychology at the university level and provided care in both hospitals and private practice. In Houston, I’ve worked with survivors of domestic violence and those navigating everything from depression and grief to ADHD and questions around identity. I bring cultural sensitivity and respect for every story and background.
