RELATIONSHIP STRAINS
Relationship Strains in Houston and Across Texas
Therapy can be a way to cope with being human. If you're stuck in a story that you feel like you didn't choose, we can help.
What We Mean by “Relationship Strains”
Strain can look like the same fight on repeat. It can be silence. It can be walking on eggshells. It can be mismatched desire, jealousy, or the feeling that you carry more than your share.
We listen for how patterns formed, what they protect, and how they can shift.
