Dr. Janee' Stevenson is a Licensed Psychologist originally from Philadelphia, PA, and received her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College with a concentration in Couples & Family Therapy.

 

She has more than 15 years of experience providing therapy to various age groups from diverse backgrounds. Her passion is supporting the unique needs of women of color. Her clinical interests include adjustment to life's transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, improving interpersonal and familial relationships, and advocating and supporting marginalized populations impacted by societal injustices. 

 

Her therapeutic approach aligns with Relational-Cultural Theory, highlighting the value of growth-fostering relationships and connection to others. She naturally brings her authentic self into the therapeutic space and encourage clients to do the same. Equally and with passion, she provides space to discuss how power, privilege, and oppression impact one's relationship to self and others.
